In our new December-January double issue, we bring it home as Lara-Nour Walton explores the streets of Little Palestine from its bakeries and grocery stores to the spirited protests for Gaza that have filled its streets this fall. For New York’s Palestinian diaspora, this enclave in South Brooklyn is the closest thing to their homeland that they are forbidden to return to.
